Prepare audio turnover
For sound post, send an agreed AAF or separated dialogue, effects and music tracks with original audio, reference mix, timecode and any required handles.
Provide text and graphics
Supply final title cards, subtitles, translations, credits, legal supers, logos and font licences.
Define every deliverable
List each aspect ratio, codec, resolution, language, graphics version, subtitle format and intended platform.
Check broadcast and cinema requirements
If a broadcaster, platform, DCP facility or client has a specification sheet, send it before mastering. Delivery standards differ by destination.
Review, approve and archive
We perform technical QC, share final review versions and provide the agreed master package. Long-term storage and source handover are scoped separately.
